MOONWALK FINGERS

Privacy Policy — Last updated: June 4, 2026

Moonwalk Fingers is a mobile rhythm game developed by Roei Oved. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app and how it is used.

Data We Collect

Random Device Identifier (UUID). A random ID is generated on your first launch and stored locally on your device. It never contains personal information and cannot be used to identify you as an individual.

Leaderboard Nickname and Score. If you appear on the global leaderboard, your chosen nickname and your best score are stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore (a cloud database). Your nickname is chosen by you — do not use your real name. Your device UUID (not your name or email) is used as your leaderboard identifier. You can change your nickname at any time from the Profile screen.

Gameplay Analytics. Anonymous gameplay events (such as game start, game end, score, and session length) are collected via Google Firebase Analytics and Amplitude to help us understand how the game is played and improve it.

Advertising Identifier. Google AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to serve relevant banner ads. You will be asked for permission before this identifier is accessed on iOS.

Crash Data. Firebase may collect anonymous crash reports to help us identify and fix stability issues.

How We Use It

Analytics data is used solely to understand gameplay patterns and improve the app. Advertising data is used by Google AdMob to display banner ads. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Gameplay progress (scores, settings, campaign progress) is stored locally on your device. If you appear on the global leaderboard, your nickname and best score are stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore servers. No other personal data is stored on our servers.
